Small group training (SGT) sessions are specialized workouts designed to increase strength, burn fat, and improve mobility and flexibility. They are guided by a certified personal trainer who evaluates form, makes modifications as necessary and keeps the members motivated and engaged. Group sizes are kept small at 2-6 people to maximize the benefit of our program and take advantage of the expert training. SGT offers all of the individualized attention and specificity as personal training but with the fun and comradery of a group dynamic.
